Fantastic Coaching, Stunning New Forest Scenery and Infotainment (information and entertainment…!) all in one Running Weekend.

 A chance for you to meet other runners, socialise and learn more about what you can do to help you improve your running.

 We will be accommodating all abilities and will have various runs and routes over the weekend.

 So whether you want to use the running weekend for a boost in training or…

 If you’d rather come and drink plenty of tea and coffee and spend the weekend picking the Coach’s brains at the seminar sessions/workshops, you will be welcomed with open arms [maybe not literally depending on how sweaty you get… 😉 ]

 For the runner who loves the great outdoors, who wants to spend time to improve themselves and their running and also spend time with some great likeminded runners and coaches who are there to motivate, educate and inspire.

WHATS INCLUDED?

Core/Strength Exercises

We've picked out the most important exercises and we will TEACH not BEAST you through them, plus how you can include them in your routine without wasting hours each week.

 – Interval/Hill Training

We head out to the stunning New Forest where we will work on our speed or hill technique. The loop is short so we can keep the group together at all times and importantly go through the correct strategies and techniques to help improve your ability.

 – Stretch/Mobility Masterclass

The best stretches and exercises for runners is something we coach after EVERY run.  

 – Seminars

On both the Saturday and Sunday afternoon we will have guest speakers as well as our Coaches to give you a workshop/seminar on running theory– the topics vary from Mental Strategy, Nutrition, Foam Rolling, Planning Your Training and much more.

 – Long Runs

On the Sunday morning we have a marked out course of around 4-5 miles. The first lap we will run as a group/social, with the faster runners looping back frequently so we can keep everyone together. After this runners have the option to complete as many laps as they’d like with our Run Leaders!

 – Nutrition

We include lunch and breakfasts, prepared in house by our team, and we will head out for pub dinners on the Friday and Saturday Night (pub dinner not included with the price of the weekend).

 – Massage

Every person on our weekends who stays in our lodge also receives complementary Sports Massage with one of our qualified team

In the RunCamp weekend we will focus on ANYTHING running related.

We'll cover from a range of topics and always have the floor open for Q&A's so that you can take away all the knowlege you need in a weekend with us. 

We'll motivate you, lead you on fantastic sessions and routes and ensure there is plenty of tea and coffee to keep you going all weekend!
