So who is RUNCAMP?

Individually, each member of the RunCamp team is extremely talented, but as a unit they form an incredible force, sharing knowledge, educating runners and building confidence.

Coach Ant

Ant is the creator of RunCamp. Everyday his goals are to educate, motivate and inspire runners to make themselves better than they were yesterday.

Running in his eyes is a journey, and through his coaching he aims to make everyone’s journeys more enjoyable.

As well as running, you’ll find Ant regularly taking part in triathlons, from sprint distance up to full Ironmans.

He also has a big weakness in
the forms of Papa John’s pizza and Ben & Jerry’s ice cream, so if you ever want to get an easier session, thats one way to get one!

Coach Ben

Ben’s goals are to inform, guide and encourage runners to improve in all areas of their running fitness.

He believes running is all about the process, not just the end result, and aims to share his knowledge and experience to help runners enjoy the steps that lead them to their goals.

Ben is an avid road runner from 5km up to marathon, though occasionally you’ll see him cycling too!

With all that exercise eating is naturally a very important part of Ben’s life but when he’s not stuffing his face you’ll find him enjoying podcasts, reading about science, sports and history, watching foreign language dramas or even travelling across Europe.


Lindsey is RunCamp’s behind the scenes organiser and Sports Massage Therapist.

Her goal is to keep RunCamp running smoothly and to help runners recover quickly so that they can train hard and achieve those PB’s come race day.

She loves running and cycling and has raced over marathon and 5k distances as well as everything in between and has now turned her hand to Duathlons as well.

Lindsey loves the outdoors, sunshine and tea and cake 🙂
