21 Nov “Already I’ve lost 3kg”
I do love a bit of feedback.
Especially when you first meet someone who really surprises you.
I met this runner (Runner A) when she first came along to our Friday Night Interval sessions.
We’d had a number of email exchanges…
This was one of the initial ones…
Panic after thinking our sessions were too advanced (they aren’t, we accommodate anyone.
Post session:
In the end, everything was fine!
Do you ever get feelings of being out of your depth?
Feeling out of control and wanting to go back to your comfort zone again?
Well, sticking at it (as this runner did) and within a few weeks we notice the difference:
The “RunCamp effect” in full swing!
(I think I am going to steal that…)
But its amazing how with a group of motivated individuals how much you can push yourself to do more and achieve more.
This is true in anything you do. You’ll feel resistance at first.
But push through, you never know where it might end up.
In this runners case, we just sped up their journey by a number of months.
RunCamp isn’t just about making you run faster.
Its about building confidence, motivation, adherence and bringing together like minded and focused individuals.

Ant is the creator of RunCamp. Everyday his goals are to educate, motivate and inspire runners and triathletes to make themselves better than they were yesterday.
Running in his eyes is a journey, and through his coaching he aims to make everyone’s journeys more enjoyable.
As well as running, you’ll find Ant regularly taking part in triathlons, from sprint distance up to full Ironmans.
He also has a big weakness in the forms of Papa John’s pizza and Ben & Jerry’s ice cream, so if you ever want to get an easier session, thats one way to get one!
