For a number of years we’ve been asked what we offer for the complete beginner runner.

 

Sadly… nothing was the answer, but we had a great reason.
We didn’t think we could do anything different to what was already out there.

 

Yes, we’ve worked successfully with a number of new runners.

We’ve helped them build up their miles.

We’ve got them through their first 5k and beyond.

 

But nothing was any different, until recently.

 

We had a little brainwave…!

We only open our doors to runners three times per year (January, May and September)

We are looking to launch this program in January 2017 with an online and in person program, perfect whether you can make it along to one of our sessions or not, either way we’ll have you running in no time.

Each course is 12 weeks long, if you opt for the in person sessions, we will be meeting twice per week.

Once during the week, and once at the weekend.

We have a number of ways to keep you on track too (all will be revealed during the program).

This isn’t one of those “take your money and run” type programs.

 

We’ve got some tried and tested methods to ensure you progress through the program.
