The Running Weekend that has been designed to be more than just about running.

Yes, we’ll lead you through some spectacular scenery in the New Forest, and you’ll have the chance to do a structured interval session and do some exploring in a long run.

But you’ll also get a real chance to spend time with the RunCamp coaches, learning from them in seminars designed especially for the weekends.

Covering a whole host of topics, from running technique to designing your training plan to the mental side of running too.

There is also plenty of time for you to ask your own questions during the weekend and work one on one with the coaches to really work on what you personally need to.

If you are a runner (if you own a pair of running shoes, you count..!) and want to spend a weekend:

– Learning how to become more efficient at running
– Becoming more motivated to run
– Getting inspired to do more and achieve more
– Socialising with like minded runners, and we attract the nicest runners on our weekends.
– Realising that your struggles can be overcome as we break down barriers stopping you achieving what you want.

Our weekend goals are simple: To make sure that you leave us not just motivated, but with the tools to make sure that you continue to improve even after our time together.

This is an example itinerary from our weekends.

The exact content for each weekend will very but will be relevant to the topic listed below in the booking section.

Timings will remain similar for all weekends.

At every weekend we aim to have:

Two Runs – one distance and one speed or hill session – distance is dependant on ability.

Two Masterclasses (on strength training, stretching or running technique)

Four Workshops (focusing on theory, training plans, mindset etc)

Plenty of time for questions (very important)

And endless tea and coffee to keep you fuelled!

January’s Marathon Weekend – 2nd – 3rd February 2019

What to expect:
A weekend with the RunCamp Team – worth it’s weight in gold if you ask us… 😉
    –  TWO runs:
                     1) Guided Long run in the stunning New Forest (optional distances from 5 miles to 15)
                     2) Structured hill running session.
     – Design your marathon nutrition plan (plus sample some example products)
     – Create your own Training Plan with us to help you
     – Four workshops covering marathon nutrition, mental strategies and more to be announced.
     – Two masterclass sessions on Foam Rolling and Stretching.
     – A chance to ask us anything, even if it’s not marathon related.
     – Plus, everything we cover/talk about will be stored in our weekend vault for you to access for LIFE.
