We’ll be covering body weight routines to be done at home with ZERO extra kit required (we’ll just be using mats on the floor). The routines will be specific for runners, and we will be there to show you how to progress them and complete them safely too.
This workshop will be taking place in Southampton at the HURTBOX Indoor Cycling studio on Bond Street (see map below).
There will be two 90 minute workshops:
One in the morning from 11am-12:30m and
Another in the afternoon from 2pm-3:30pm
Everything covered will also be available as handouts too – so there is no need for note taking as we will be providing everything you need so that when you leave the workshop, you’ll be able to get on with your exercises as often as you like for life.
