Terms and conditions

We want all of our customers to enjoy their time with RunCamp and get the best from their sessions. By placing this order you agree to the following terms and conditions:

PACKAGES
All Personal/121 Coaching/Sports Massage session packages expire 25 weeks from the date that they were purchased, therefore all sessions must be completed within this 25 week timeframe.

Group Sessions are timetabled and delivered at specified days and times each week. If you have purchased 12 sessions, these will expire in 12 weeks.

For monthly payments, these cannot be carried over to the following month.

In the event of you being unable to attend a booked session you are entitled to change and attend any Group training or Class session in relation to your purchased package. This requires a minimum of 24 hours notice.

In the event of Trainer sickness or annual leave, a Group Session or Class session may be covered by another suitable Trainer.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY
We appreciate that you can be extremely busy and that sometimes unforeseen things happen like sickness, rescheduling of plans, etc. We too are extremely busy and your session/course slot is valuable to us.

For this reason, a 24 hour cancellation policy applies to scheduled Personal/121 Coaching/Sports Massage Sessions. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full to the client.

Cancellations more than 24 hours before a session is scheduled to start will not incur any charges. The cancellation policy will be adhered to in all cases.

For weekends/courses, a 4 week cancellation policy applies due to the costs incurred in hosting such types of training. Any cancellations within this 4 week period will be fully chargeable. Places are however transferrable to other individuals at request (please email info@runcamp.co.uk for details). Places cannot be swapped onto another weekend inside of this 4 week period.

Outside of this 4 week period, places can be switched or cancelled with a full refund – cancellations must be via email to info@runcamp.co.uk – no exceptions.

 

LATE ARRIVALS
Sessions are of a fixed duration and will start at the scheduled time. Sessions will not be extended due to the late arrival of a client or due to interruptions caused by the client. Any clients that have not arrived within 20 minutes of the scheduled time shall be deemed to have not arrived and will be charged for the entire session.

 

PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
If your Trainer, through illness or vacating their position with RunCamp, is unable to carry out your Personal Coaching or Group Session the company will provide another trainer to suit your training requirements. You have the right to request a different Trainer for Personal Coaching sessions at any time.

For those who sign up to pay for sessions by Autopay (121, Group or Online), the monies will be debited from your account on a monthly basis. By agreeing to pay for session by Autopay you are agreeing to a minimum three month contract. If you wish to cancel your subscription you will be required to give one full calendar month’s notice. This means that the least you will have to pay for is the first three months subscription. The notice period will begin from the first of the month after we have received your notice.
This agreement sets forth the entire understanding of both parties and may not be changed except by written consent of both parties. The terms of this agreement will apply equally to each session and it’s understood by both parties that this agreement will remain legally binding.

You can change your mind about sessions purchased online. To do this you will need to give notice in writing. If you change your mind, any fees you have already paid will be refunded to you and your sessions purchased will be cancelled. You can do this at any time up to 7 working days after purchasing your sessions or up to the first time at which you enter the studio to participate in a session, whichever is the earlier.
