Sightseeing, knowledge, running technique plus the usual RunCamp Fun…


Thats what you can expect on our Trail Mornings.


The Plan

It will be a trail run experience, we will…:

– Coach you in trail running skills, running up and down hills plus some other key aspects

– Take you out on a fab route (usually around 8-10km – the group WILL stay together).

– Check out some spectacular scenery

– Have fun (obviously..)


Coaching + Amazing Routes and Scenery… Thats our goal 🙂


The Morning:

We will be spending the opening part of the session on some specific warm up drills to not only get you ready for the run, but having you engaging your muscles and thinking about your running technique ready for the trails.


Next up comes Trail Technique – this is where we teach you exactly HOW to run hills (up and down) gravel trails, narrow trails and a whole host of challenges you might find out on the route we have created. .


This part of the session is where the magic happens and is responsible for helping runners get more acquainted with running off road and building confidence in knowing exactly what they should be doing and when to do it.


The rest of the time will be spent actually running the trails. It will be a run with plenty of breaks to re-group, take photos, socialise and pick the the brains of the coaches! Distance is around 8-10km on an “undulating” course, and if you have ever ran an undulating event you’ll know exactly what we mean… 😉


There will be no pressure on pace, the quicker guys will be encouraged to run ahead (with a coach) and loop back so that everyone can get what they want from the run. No one will get left behind and importantly no one will feel left out.

After the morning slot, we will be heading to grab coffee and lunch from a local cafe or pub (lunch/drinks are not included in the price).



For 2018 we are taking the Trail Mornings on TOUR. We’ve already ran at Queen Elizabeth Country Park, Fritham (New Forest) and the other locations are either listed below and ready for booking or are to be announced very soon once we have confirmed routes.


Each trail morning will cost just £10. Which includes 3 hours + of top coaching and skills that will live with you for a long time beyond the session.
